We only earn from dealers who keep their listings honest.

1.1They send their business registration certificate, and we check the number and name against it.
1.2We visit the yard. It has to be a real place with cars on it, under the name on the certificate.
1.3We record the phone numbers that buyers will call. Calls and WhatsApp go only to those numbers.
1.4Brokers and private sellers can't sign up. A dealer who lets a broker answer for them gets a report against their record.

2.1The price is one all-in number: duty, taxes, registration and licence for unregistered cars, and the ownership transfer for registered ones.
2.2“Call for price”, “negotiable” and starting-from prices aren't allowed.
2.3The dealer confirms the car is still for sale at least every 7 days. If they don't, it comes down automatically.
2.4Every price change stays visible in the listing's history.
2.5Reconditioned cars show their auction grade, and the dealer has to show you the original sheet at the yard.

3.1Any buyer can report a listing: a higher price quoted, a car that wasn't there, or someone other than the dealer answering.
3.2The dealer has 48 hours to respond, and we tell you what they said.
3.3An upheld report counts against the dealer's record, which is shown on every listing.
3.4A second upheld report within 12 months takes all of the dealer's cars down until we've met them.

They have 48 hours. An upheld report goes on their record, and a second within a year takes all their cars down.

Accident history: There's no shared accident record in Sri Lanka yet. Bring a mechanic, or ask the dealer for an inspection.
Mileage on registered cars: Odometers can be wound back. Compare the reading with service records and emission test reports.
Small samples: We compare prices only when there are at least 4 similar cars. Below that, we say so instead of guessing.
